Layout and Facilities
The Hall was renovated in 2020 and offers flexible and attractive facilities:-
- The main hall (9.8m x 5.6m) is perfect for events, clubs, fitness classes and meetings. It can be set up for events of up to 60 people sitting down banqueting style or up to 100 maximum standing up or seated in rows. The main hall has a stage with lighting and PA equipment.
- A small meeting room (3.9m x 5.6m) for smaller private and/or confidential meetings or seminars (up 12 maximum)
- A fully-functional kitchen with a large fridge, a separate freezer, a convection oven and a microwave, an electric hob and a hot cupboard plate warmer - a large one on wheels. Crockery, glasses and cutlery are provided for up to 60 people, allowing for any catering you require.
Also available at no extra cost is Wi-Fi throughout the hall. We provide high-quality tables and chairs. The private car park next to the Hall has parking for 10 cars.
There is a PA system for hire (Mackie SRM 450s with stands, a mixer and microphone) and this can be set up for you.
There is also a DLP projector for hire.
Outside Catering
Greens of Pangbourne are the recommended outside caterer for the hall and can deliver buffet lunches, etc. Their contact details are here: http://greensofpangbourne.com

Please note:-
- A children’s party (under 14 years old) for 3 hours finishing not later than 18:30 is £25
- Just the small meeting room and kitchen together can be hired at 50% of the above rates
- Hiring per hour is for a minimum of 2 hours
- The tables and chairs may be hired for private use outside the hall: £5 per table, £5 per 10 chairs
If it’s the first time you have hired the hall, we may ask
for a £50 deposit. Please ensure you have booked enough time to set up at the
beginning and for clearing up after your event.

hall in case of fire, so you will also need to see the
Fire Evacuation
Procedure. The hall has liability insurance and is regularly tested for fire
safety, legionella, etc. We are constantly monitoring COVID advice so as to keep
within current guidelines.
