Keep Fit Classes

On this page various opportunities are listed for keeping fit and healthy with a local group of like-minded people. We tend to list Whitchurch on Thames classes, but also list Whitchurch Hill and Pangbourne classes if asked.

Yoga: Whitchurch Village Hall 5:30 to 6:30pm. (Traditional Hatha yoga class to strengthen the body and improve flexibility but also breathwork, relaxation and meditation) Contact Helma Beelan. Also in the Dolphin Centre on Monday 5:45 to 6:45pm; Zoom and 1:1 available as well.

 

Yoga: Adult, kids and postnatal yoga classes in Pangbourne and surrounding areas. Regular online Yoga for all Weds 7-8pm on zoom and weekly postnatal at Tidmarsh Village Hall Thursdays 10-11:30am.
