Keep Fit Classes

On this page various opportunities are listed for keeping fit and healthy with a local group of like-minded people.

Fitness class: at Pangbourne Primary School, a fun class for mixed ages and abilities.
Wednesday evening, 7.30-8.30pm Costs £5.00 per week.

Three fitness classes in Pangbourne:  Boxercise on Mondays at Adventure Dolphin, Circuit Training on Wednesdays in Pangbourne Village Hall and Kettlercise on Fridays in Pangbourne Village Hall. All classes start at 9:30am -  £28 for 6 classes or £6 a class drop-in. Gareth France 07853 381449

Yoga: A fully qualified and insured Yoga Instructo currently teaches two classes on a Monday evening from 6pm-7pm then 7pm-8pm at Whitchurch Village Hall, and on a Wednesday evening from 7pm-8pm at the Old Stables. (Traditional Hatha yoga class to strengthen the body and improve flexibility but also breathwork, relaxation and meditation) Contact Helma Beelan
