  • If you would like to find out more about sheep husbandry, cuddle a lamb or watch some hand-shearing, there is an event at the yurt, alongside the lamb field on the main path through the Hardwick Estate on Sunday, 12th April at 2 pm.
  • Next Parish Council meeting - to clarify any possible confusion, the next meeting will be held on Thursday 16th April at 20.00.
  • The Action for the River Kennet (ARK) team are running two citizen science training events in the Wallingford Brooks area: 1. May 9th - how to monitor river fly;  2.  June 9th - setting up volunteers with water quality testing sites.   • Bill Lewis passed away at the RBH yesterday, 2nd April. He had lived in Eastfield Lane with his wife, Ann, for twenty years. He will be sadly missed by his family, neighbours and many friends.

  • Road Closure: there are signs up indicating that Tidmarsh Road in Pangbourne will be closed between Breedons Hill and Pangbourne Lodge Drive, 6th -11th April. This is due to works by Thames Water.
